# Tech Layer 2: Middleware and Interoperability

Purpose: This layer enables seamless communication between different blockchain networks while facilitating cross-chain transactions, real-time data integration, and interoperability for tokenized assets.

#### Components:

1. Omnichain Protocols

* Supra – Enable secure cross-chain communication, allowing users to buy, sell, and manage real estate assets across multiple blockchain networks.
* Ensures compatibility for tokenized assets, enabling real estate-backed tokens and NFTs to be utilized in different DeFi and governance ecosystems.

2. Oracles

* Integration with Supra Oracles ensures that real-world data, such as property valuations, rental income, and market conditions, are reliably fed into smart contracts.
* Supports dynamic pricing mechanisms for tokenized properties based on real estate market fluctuations.

3. API Gateway

* Acts as a middleware that connects traditional property management systems with the blockchain, & AI data for Real Estate professionals.
* Facilitates data exchange between off-chain and on-chain systems, enabling automated verification of property ownership, compliance status, and legal documentation.
