# General Roadmap

DeMonopol's strategic roadmap outlines our phased approach to revolutionizing real estate investment through tokenization and decentralized finance. Each phase is designed to build upon the previous, ensuring a robust and comprehensive platform for our users.

#### Phase 1: Foundation & MVP Development (Q1 2025)

MONO Token Presale

* Development and deployment of Allocation NFTs, representing MONO token allocation.

D.Cashflow Wallet MVP (DeFi)

* Implementation of basic DeFi functionalities (Supply, Borrow, Repay, Withdraw, Stable Coin Spending). At this stage, it will only consume cryptocurrencies as market utility token.

Real Estate Launchpad

* Establishment of the launchpad where properties can be listed and shared with the community.

Initial Deployment Of DAO (Centralized RWA Management & User Onboarding

* DeMonopol will manage the RWA election process and oversee voting through the launchpad.
* Customers can participate in voting for properties to be listed in the DeMonopol ecosystem.
* Establishment of a property management system for ongoing governance.

Alpha NFT Collection

* Allow access  to join and become a part of the Demonopol Game and Ecosystem

#### Phase2: Ecosystem Expansion (Q2 2025)

DAO Expansion

* Transition towards decentralized governance, reducing centralized oversight.
* Ability for partners to apply and offer voting and services within the ecosystem.
* Users will be educated on governance(vote for the property and real-estate partners) and property evaluations through professional partnerships.

RWA Tokenization Layer

* Introduction of a tokenization protocol for real estate assets.

Defi Expansion

* Enabling tokenized RWA assets to be used as collateral.
* Enhanced liquidity mechanisms for better capital efficiency.

AI Agent Development (Step2)

* Advanced AI Market Analysis (Monkey Lvl 1 & 2, Defi trading assistant)
* AI Evaluation Layer for RWA property valuation

#### Phase3: Full Decentralization & Cross-Chain Functions (Q3 2025)

DAO (Full Decentralization Of RWA Management)

* Expansion of governance to ensure autonomous platform operation.
* User interface for submitting properties by individuals making them to be subject to community election.

MONO Token Release(TGE) & Revenue Model Integration

* Official launch of the MONO token and full-scale ecosystem integration.
* Implementation of a revenue-sharing model across the ecosystem.

* Conversational AI(Fox Lv1 1 & 2, NFT identity)

* Expansion to include external assets on Supra, creating an early trading playground.

Gamification Enhancements & Community Engagement

* Final version launch, integrating complete GameFi features powered by MONO token utilization.
