Tech Layer 1: Core Blockchain Infrastructure (Base Layer)

Purpose: The foundation of the Demonopol ecosystem, responsible for on-chain transactions, asset tokenization, and secure data storage. This layer ensures high-performance execution of smart contracts, efficient management of tokenized properties, and decentralized record-keeping.

Components:

  1. Primary Blockchain Networks: Demonopol integrates multiple blockchain networks, each providing specific advantages for transaction efficiency, scalability, and interoperability:

  • Supra – Enables cross-chain interoperability, ensuring seamless asset movement between different blockchain networks and facilitating global real estate investments.

  • Sui – Provides a secure, resource-efficient environment for smart contracts and facilitates on-chain compliance tracking and governance mechanisms.

  • Solana – Chosen for its high-speed, low-cost transactions, ideal for handling frequent real estate transactions, fractionalized investments, and liquidity pools.

  1. Smart Contract Framework

  • Implements automated asset tokenization, ensuring that each property is securely fractionalized into digital tokens.

  • Uses Move programming language, known for high security and efficient resource management, to prevent vulnerabilities in contract execution.

  • Automates rental income distribution through self-executing smart contracts, ensuring transparent and trustless transactions.

  • Supports DAO-based governance functions, enabling community-driven property management and platform decision-making.

  1. Storage Solutions

  • IPFS/Walrus – Used for decentralized, permanent storage of property-related documents, deeds, and investment agreements to ensure data integrity and security.

  • On-Chain Hashing – Verifies off-chain data authenticity while maintaining low transaction costs by storing only cryptographic proofs on-chain.
